Board News - May 2026
Our devotion tonight came from Justyna. Here she pointed to a number of successful business and ministry leaders who counted prayer as a key aspect of their lives. While many others forego a habit of prayer because of their busyness, these leaders make prayer essential to their lives and business. Jesus prayed, and taught his disciples to pray. We have a responsibility to pray also. Let us not become self-reliant and so undo what we had been.
“Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.”
John 15:4
Congratulations to all the staff and students who were involved in the Generations in Jazz earlier this month in Mt Gambier. And also to the smaller group who went to St Louis for the VEX Robotics Competition. It is wonderful to see St Andrews students having an impact around the world.
As a result of some changes to the way school fees are collected in 2026, many families have not seen the opportunity to donate to a building fund. An appeal letter will be sent out later this term. Please consider how you can support this.
The Board Policy for Director Code of Conduct has been reviewed and approved. It will be reviewed again in May 2028.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday 25th June 2026 at 7.30pm in the Library Meeting Room. We look forward to seeing many of the college community there.
